1995 Harris House of the Atlantic Center for the Arts, New Smyrna Beach, Fla.
"The Prints and Paintings of Harold Garde."A survey of recent works on canvas and works on paper that introduced Harold Garde's work to the local art community, and was the site for his first workshop dedicated to the strappo process. Curated by Jenni McInnes Coolidge.

1995 Lakes Gallery, South Casco, Maine.
Figurative small strappo images were shown along with multiple strappo images that were incorporated into larger work on panels.

1996 Brest Museum, University of Jacksonville, Fla.
"Acrylic Paintings by Harold Garde."
Larger scale acrylic paintings, often depicting two figures, with expressionist and surreal psychodrama overtones.

1996 DeLand Museum, DeLand, Fla.

A large showing that included large triptychs, acrylics on canvas paintings, and grouping of direct acrylic and strappo works on paper.
